            If you have the skills and the resources, flipping houses is a great way to make a living. With simple renovations and additions to a house, you can boost the value of the house well above the price you bought it for. In cities such as Toronto, the market is incredibly lucrative due to the popularity of living in one of Canada’s largest business hubs. All you need to do is flip a few properties a year and you’re making a decent paycheck.
